Every part we design, develop, and manufacture began life as a component that we ourselves wanted to utilize on our own personal off-road vehicle builds. And we are PROUD to now share and offer these parts to you. Each and every one of them designed and built right here in the United States Of America!
RESEARCH, DESIGN, & DEVELOPMENT
Every 4F component begins with an idea, a conversation among friends on the trail, or a request from a client in need of something not currently available. These quickly turn into something as simple as a hand sketch, a basic CAD drawing, or a much more complex CAD model and/or assembly. We utilize the latest in CAD software as well as tools such as the FARO Design Scan Arm to quickly and accurately collect the necessary data to expedite the original concept to reality! LASER CUTTING & CNC FORMING
Our IN-HOUSE Laser Cutting & CNC Forming capabilities allow us to quickly move from concept to creation! In some cases we’ve been able to design, prototype, and validate first articles and approve for production in a single business day. These capabilities also give us the ability to closely monitor quality control as well as lead times.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING
Our IN-HOUSE Additive Manufacturing department allows for rapid prototyping as well as production runs of all of our FDM 3D-printed components. We utilize many different materials in our parts including high temperature & UV stable variants, many of them infused with carbon fiber.
